DANCE THE WORLD IN ONE DAY, establish in 2006, is the annual event aiming to showcase dance performaces from our talented students and instructors. We use dance and music as tools to help people connect themselves to their bodies, mind and spirit. Dance is a non-verbal language and learning dances from different cultures will help you understand cross-cultural aspects of life and society. It will open your world to a new dimension. Dance also help you express your inner-self. It can give you pleasure, power and relaxation. Practicing dance on a regular basis will improve your health physically and emotionally, so you can stay young and fit. In addition, you can meet up new friends who have similar interest.
